Delivery & Fulfillment Policy
Ebooks are sent by email after your order is confirmed. Personalized stories and scripts are written to your brief and delivered by email within up to 7 days.
1. Order confirmation
After checkout or request submission, we record an order and use the email address you provide for order updates and delivery. Keep your order confirmation for questions about your purchase.
2. Review and clarification
We review your request and contact information before writing begins. If essential details are unclear or missing, we may contact you by email. The delivery estimate begins once we have the complete brief and any required payment.
3. Personalized writing timeline
Personalized fiction, nonfiction, stories, and scripts are delivered by email within up to 7 days after the complete request and required payment are received. If we need clarification, the timeline starts when you provide the missing details.
4. Ebook delivery
After an ebook order is confirmed, we send the book to the email address supplied at checkout. Delivery is managed by Sow Seed Writing. Ebooks are digital products; no physical book is shipped. Check your spam or promotions folder if the email does not appear.
5. Incorrect contact information
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate email address. If an ebook or personalized order does not arrive, contact us through the website with your order details so we can help resend it.
6. Revisions and fulfillment
Personalized writing and ebook orders are marked fulfilled after the work or book has been emailed. We record the fulfillment date and time for the order receipt. If you spot a typo or a clear omission from the agreed brief, contact us with your order details; a new direction or major rewrite may require a separate request.
7. Delays
If personalized writing is delayed by an unexpected event, technical issue, or a need for more information, we will contact you using the email supplied with your order.
8. Delivery support
For help accessing a purchased ebook or receiving personalized writing, contact us through the order form and include the email address used for your order.
