These terms cover purchases of our original digital books and personalized fiction, nonfiction, stories, and scripts.
1. Using this service
By using this website, purchasing a digital book, or submitting a personalized request, you agree to these terms. Provide accurate contact information and only share names, memories, and material that you have permission to include in your brief.
2. Personalized writing
Personalized fiction, nonfiction, stories, and scripts are written from the information and direction in your brief. Creative choices such as wording, structure, and interpretation are part of the writing process, so the result may not match every imagined detail exactly.
3. Prices and payment
Personalized writing is priced according to the page count selected on the order form. Digital book prices are displayed in the library and at checkout. Applicable payment terms and any taxes or processing fees are shown at checkout. After an ebook order is confirmed, we send the book to the email address supplied with the order.
4. Acceptable requests
We may decline requests that are unlawful, threatening, hateful, deceptive, exploitative, sexually explicit, invasive of another person’s privacy, or otherwise unsafe. Faith-based and motivational writing is expressive content and is not professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.
5. Ownership and permitted use
Our original digital books are offered as copyright-free works. You may download, copy, share, adapt, publish, and use them without requesting permission from us. This applies to material written by Sow Seed Writing and does not remove any rights that may apply to third-party material identified with a book. Personalized commissions are created for the customer who placed the order; any broader reuse or publication rights should be agreed in writing.
6. Cancellations and changes
Request changes or cancellations should be made as soon as possible. Because writing is personalized, an order may become non-cancellable once work has begun. Any revision, refund, or cancellation decision will consider the work already completed and applicable consumer law.
7. Availability and limitations
We aim to keep the website available and information accurate, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Sow Seed Writing is not responsible for indirect losses caused by website interruption, incorrect customer details, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future activity.
