3. Secure order storage
Order details are stored in our Supabase database so authorized staff can review orders and deliver the requested files. An administrator session token may be stored locally in the browser while the portal is open.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We share the information needed to operate the site, store orders, process a payment, and deliver ebooks or custom writing by email with the relevant service providers, such as our hosting, database, email, and payment providers. Those providers handle information under their own privacy terms.
5. Retention and security
We keep order information for as long as needed to deliver orders, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Requests may require identity verification before action is taken.
7. Children’s privacy
This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian should place any request involving a minor and avoid unnecessary sensitive details.
